Every Pump.fun creator fee automatically flows into one on-chain pot. No team “claim” button. A worker wallet collects fees, the dashboard is live, and when the epoch timer hits zero the protocol draws winners and sends SOL. This is $JACKPOT: fees in → time pressure → random pay-outs. 
Eligibility: you must hold for 15 minutes before you count for the draw. Snipers and flip-only wallets don’t make the ticket pool. Timer: selling extends the clock (+5 seconds per SOL sold, with sane caps / phases so the game scales as attention scales). 
Split: ~90% to one random eligible holder (jackpot). ~10% split across 100 other random eligible holders (consolation). Not “last buyer wins.” Not insider picks. Weighted off real balances so dust wallets aren’t the whole story.
